Privacy Policy

Lumina is a personal reminder and accomplishment tracker. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the controls you have over it.

• Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account identifier and display name.
• Profile preferences — display name, timezone, and notification preferences you set in Settings.
• Reminders — the text, urgency, optional due date, and completion timestamps for the reminders you create.
• Local device data — Lumina keeps a small offline cache and queue in your browser so the app works without connectivity. This never leaves your device until it syncs.

We use your data only to operate Lumina: to authenticate you, store your reminders, compute your Daily Score, Focus Score, streaks, and history, and to sync changes across your devices.

Your reminders and profile are stored on a managed cloud backend used by Lumina for database, authentication, and hosting. Data is retained until you delete it. You can reset all your reminders or delete your account from Settings at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Your data is processed by the hosting and authentication providers that run the Lumina backend, solely to deliver the service to you.

• Edit or delete any reminder at any time.
• Export your reminders as a CSV file from Settings.
• Reset all of your data from Settings.
• Request account deletion by contacting us at hello@luminaprogress.com.

Lumina uses only the storage required to keep you signed in and to run the offline queue. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Lumina is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Lumina evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
