Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lumina, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Lumina is a personal productivity app for capturing reminders, tracking completions, and reviewing your progress. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password and Google account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Lumina to store unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Do not use Lumina to send unsolicited messages to other people.

Your content

You own the reminders and notes you create. You grant Lumina a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you, solely to operate the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Lumina available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Disclaimers

Lumina is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising out of your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Lumina at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lumina's operator is established. Specific jurisdiction will be confirmed by the Lumina team.
